Welcome to...
Fiercely Fit
Whether you are working on building strength or losing weight, it all happens at Fiercely Fit. This is not a gym - it's a unique fitness boutique for getting fit and having fun.
About Me
At Fiercely Fit, my passion for fitness and dance is what fuels me. The classes are efficient and effective, but most of all... they are FUN. I want you to LOVE fitness as much as I do! It doesn’t matter if you have never worked out before or are just ready to take it to the next level. I'll help take you where you want to go.

Wednesday
6:30-7:30 PM
Zumba

Thursday
5:30 Top It Off
6:00 Pound
Zumba®
Shaky, shaky, shaky. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
Sculpt
It’s More than Sit Ups. Want to tone your entire body? Sculpt is a mix of cardio and light to medium weight training to help you build a strong, sculpted physique.
Kickboxing
Kickboxing is a combination of boxing-inspired moves and cardio. It will torch the fat right off your body and leave you dripping with sweat! And hey... blow off some steam!
